Today my review is going to be on nutrifactor biotin 5000mcg.
What's is biotin?
Biotin is a B complex vitamin. It is also called vitamin H. It's a water soluble vitamin. It is found in egg yolks, liver and yeast.
Biotin for hair, skin & nails:
Biotin is really good for your hair, skin & nails. It helps strengthen your nails, helps thickening your hair and improves the over all quality of your skin. It can cause breakouts in some people but if you drink loads of water with it then it shouldn't be a problem.

It comes with 60 tabs. It has 5000mcg biotin in one tablet. You should take one tablet a day, preferably with a meal.
My thoughts:
I've a hair thinning problem. And I was losing hair like crazy. I read few articles online about how biotin helps with thickening your hair and with hair regrowth. So I decided to give it a try I used it for like three months religiously. Even though, I'm still using it and I'm gonna keep using it. In first two months I saw no improvement and I was convinced that it's not working on me. But, on the third month I noticed a lot of fragile and thin baby hair popping out of my scalp. That's when I knew that it's finally working for me. I read online and some people said to take it about 6 months to see satisfactory results. So I'm gonna continue using it. I'm aslo using nutrifactor hair fall shampoo ( I am going to do a seperate review on it) over all I'm really satisfied with the results. And I would definetly recommend it to you guys. Anyone with hair thinning problem should give it a try orIf you just want healthy hair over all.
